What we run

Four programs, one training philosophy

Pick a track — or stack them. Everything is coached, tested and written down before you start.

Inside Strength Coaching

Squat, press, hinge and pull, programmed in blocks that build for months rather than burning out in weeks. Your numbers are logged, your technique is corrected in the moment, and the progression is written before you walk in.

Format
60 min · groups of 4 · 3–4× / week
Best for
Anyone who wants to get measurably stronger without guessing.

The Space

A warehouse floor built for one thing

3,000 square feet of platforms, rigs and open room. Industrial, well-lit, and quiet enough to hear the cues.

Coaches

Coached by people who've done the reading

Every session is led, not just supervised. Credentials matter here — so does knowing your history.

What sticking with it actually looks like

Five members, five different starting points. No incentives, no edits — just the ones who let us use their names.

I'd trained for six years and never actually gotten stronger. Nine months here and my squat went from 90 to 140. The difference is someone writing the plan and holding me to it.

The groups are tiny, so Marcus actually remembers what I did last week. It stopped feeling like a class and started feeling like coaching.
Daniel O.Strength + Conditioning · 8 mo
Came in after a shoulder injury half-convinced I was done with barbells. Aisha built the whole return plan. I'm pressing overhead again with no pain.
Fionnuala R.Recovery → Strength · 5 mo
First strict pull-up at 41. Then five. The calisthenics progressions are stupidly patient and they just work.
Sam K.Calisthenics · 7 mo
No mirrors, no music video energy, no upsells. You show up, you do the work on the sheet, you leave. It's the only gym that's ever stuck for me.
